The Mabey Universal (MU) bridging panel has been adapted by our in-house
engineers to form the basis of one of the UK's most successful spanning
falsework systems.
The 'sputnik' bracing system allows MU panels to be braced into girders capable of spans in excess of 40m whilst
keeping deflections predictable and within acceptable tolerances for falsework
solutions.

MU falsework trusses have been used for many years in major bridge construction as static spanning girders and complex
hydraulically operated advancing falsework systems.
The range of accessories available for MU panels has been extended to include corner brackets and grillage to allow
the building of high load towers from standard parts. The pinned joints and rapid safe erection methods make the MU
towers ideal for the support of large loads at high level.
