Alongside the major Façade Retention schemes, Mabey Hire Services provides the same proactive approach to smaller needling,
propping and general shoring requirements within existing structures. Works carried out include projects from major multi-storey back-propping
through to needling to allow the removal of load bearing walls and the formation of new openings.
We are able to provide hydraulic pre-loading to needling and shoring systems to control settlement of existing structures and facilitate safe
controlled load transfer into the completed new structure.

Mabey Hire Services can tailor a bespoke solution for your project. Depending on the size of the project, our needling schemes
most commonly make use of our Mass 25 or Mass 50 ranges or, for smaller jobs, our System 160 Props
in combination with Mabey Hire Services' proprietary needling system can provide temporary support whilst permanent lintels are installed.
