Mabey Mat-75 trestling has led the field in heavy shoring for many
years. With continual development by Mabey engineers it remains one of the most adaptable and competitive
support systems available today.
The Mabey product development team have recently re engineered Mat 75 using high grade steels to produce a 125Te capacity
column with the same geometric size allowing all existing components to be used with the higher load capacity.
The basic battened column units of various lengths can be braced together with standard members to give either 1524mm or
3048mm centres. Each column can support loads of up to 750kN.

|
Column spacer units allow these spacings to be increased by multiples of 133mm or the columns to be close-coupled for
heavy concentrated loads. A full range of diagonal and plan bracing is available to suit most configurations.
|
The standard grillage range for Mat-75 comprises twin 305 x 152 x 65kg/m rolled steel joists that are available in
various lengths, drilled to accept standard column spacings. A range of heavy grillage beams are available to enable
designers to optimise column capacity in heavy load uses such as bridge jacking.
An extensive range of accessories is available including connections for the Hymat Jack that
was developed by Mabey engineers specificaly for use with Mat-75. Adjustable end
units and Titan jacks for striking of falsework schemes also form part of the system.
