ParkUp - modular car park system
|
ParkUp is a modular demountable decking system designed primarily to provide additional
parking above existing car parks on a temporary or permanent basis.
ParkUp provides the flexibility and convenience of a modular pre-engineered solution
whilst incorporating features normally found in permanent structures.

• The clear span design enables free, unrestricted movement whilst enabling an unlimited variety
of plan shapes and sizes
• All components are available from stock and can be transported to site on normal vehicles
• The system can be quickly and safely installed by our experienced site teams during low peak usage
and so reduce disruption to the existing parking facility.

ParkUp features fully waterproof and anti-skid coated decks with colour coded and clearly
marked parking bays, pedestrian routes and roadways. It comes compete with a drainage system, vehicle and
pedestrian barriers, one or two way access ramps and staircases.
Foundations are not required in most cases as the supporting columns incorporate height adjustment
and load spread facility.
Facility for lighting to both upper and lower levels is also catered for and the main decking elements
are painted in a light reflective finish to enhance visibility and safety.
A variety of cladding systems to the barriers and columns is available to suit the particular location
and environment and to improve the overall aesthetic appearance.
ParkUp has been designed in accordance with the Design Recommendations for Multi-storey
and Underground Car Parks, Third Edition as published by The Institution of Structural Engineers.
The design complies with all relevant British Standards and other Technical Documents pertaining to building structures.
