BarrierGuard anchors are normally only required at each end of a run. Fixings are available for both
flexible and rigid surfacing.
For flexible surfacing 4 No. 32mm diameter holes are drilled to a depth of 500mm in the carriageway and 32mm diameter 450mm long
steel pins are then dropped into the holes to secure the barrier.
In concrete carriageways the steel pins are replaced with an M24 Hilti type fixing drilled 180mm into the carriageway.

Intermediate anchors can be provided along the length of the barrier if required to further reduce deflection for individual uses.
